HOW TO CREATE A FRAME MOCKUP IN PHOTOSHOP (SMART OBJECT)

Hey everyone, just thought i'd share how I make my mockups in photoshop! I hope this helps. I know everyone has their own techniques, if you have any suggestions, do leave them in the comment section below, would love to hear them :D

This is great is you are using a markee that has straight angles but how do you do it for a pillow that has dips and groves (more of a odd shape?

Very nice and informative video, thank you for it.
How would you add shadows to the inside of the frame, so that it looks more realistic? Right now it looks like it's floating on the same level/depth as the frame, and not inside it.
