If someone has another property also registered on his name or on the name of any members of his family whether his wife or children ..can he apply for the nbcc flats and if yes then will there be any increase in the prices of the rent for him??
One cannot hold two Govt properties at the same time. Ofcourse you can apply but you will have to leave one.
The HRA will be deducted as per Central Govt. rules.

Koi procedure nahi hai. Seedhe jaiyye, guard se kahiye Quarters dekhne aaye hain...bas.
Quarter ke Yaha service center me Jana Hota hai vah apna Office ID dikhana pdta hai aur sirf 4 hi quarter Ka hi chabi deta hai in a day.
My father can bid for type 4 houses in kidwai nagar..we are getting house options in block 11 ..are all the houses in all the blocks for type 4 are like this only? What is the total number of the floors?

Or congested ..as we r currently in South moti bagh ..main thing I want to know about is there any market and nearest metro ..at what distance ..is it good to shift there ? Bcous only looks doesn't matter for daily routine...main thing is convenance of maker and transport facility ..
