One of my clients just got this plan under contract in Johnson Ranch. Thats why you have seen so many videos about that community. My videos are mostly client needs driven.
Its hard to say its going down however buyers now have room to offer less than asking price compared to what I call the frenzy. We are seeing price reductions however in my option its because people have been listing homes based on what they sold for when pople were paying over asking price a few months ago.

How It can Be possible to have such outstanding Properties with Wood Fences? It takes away from the curb appeal and make the construction planning Not detail Oriented. Hot weather will destroy these fences in no time. Why not to make them with blocks as well?Definitely will make them a better return on the mayor investment in our lives, Our home. In some communities they do not allow privacy fences because they want that open feel. Vintage Oaks, the one acre part of community that does that. Crosvine is another community that will not allow them.

Very small bedrooms including Master and cannot believe that there is no formal dining room for this price
No one uses formal dining room anymore.
