六軸CNC刀具磨床，高剛性結構與高功率主軸設計。
U軸的支撐座跟隨設計，在開槽研磨時同步移動，是長鑽頭自動化生產的最佳選擇。
◾ 砂輪交換系統
三組砂輪及噴油座，每組最多三顆砂輪，根據研磨工序更換不同的砂輪組。
可一次滿足粗研磨、精研磨和拋光研磨。噴油座為二區噴油設計，有效冷卻砂輪研磨溫度。
◾ U軸支撐系統
藉由U軸支撐座跟隨砂輪研磨點位置同步移動，抑制長工件研磨時的偏擺：針對特殊刀具研磨應用，亦可設定固定支撐位置。支撐座新增工件下壓功能，能保持長工件端刃部位研磨穩定度。
TA-6 is equipped with 3 wheel package and coolant dlistributor .
Each pack is with up to 3 pcs of wheels/set. It will Auto change to different wheel package as per the process procedures to perform rough grinding,finish grinding and polish grinding at one time.
Spray oil device with 2 areas separately; it's the new design for grinding area and tooling area. It can cool down the grinding wheel temperate while grinding.
