I think it would be an interesting option if it was cheaper. If it had a built-in android style operating system instead of requiring Bluetooth, I'd be sold. My cheap, rugged smartphone running DMD2 does the same thing except having two cameras for 1/4 the cost. Keep up the great content, Cheezy!
So I take it you need good internet on your phone to use the sat nav? Looking for a sat nav like my garmin but with a camera system not fussed on using my phone when im out riding
@davidmurray9193 there is a section called offline maps in Google maps, once the areas you want saved are on the phone this unit will automatically connect to Android Auto and work just like you have internet for that area
I don't need (or want) Bluetooth, Apple Play, Android Auto, push buttons, etc. I want a front and rear DVR for my motorcycle that turns on and off with the bike and automatically records as long as the ignition switch is on. It'd be nice if I could connect to it via WiFi to download videos. I need a large bright display that is always showing the rear camera view that I can use as a rear view mirror while riding.
@@MotoCheez - I followed the links on previous videos but I still wanted better video quality (reading a license plate) and simpler operation that didn't require me to manually do anything. So far, the automagic DVRs have mediocre video quality and marginal build quality, and the DVRs with good video quality have a complex user interface and a lot of features I don't want. I'll keep looking, and keep watching your reviews.
Does it start recording automatically at start up? Does it loop and record over old, or do you need to delete manually? I didn’t care for it until I watched the new video you just post and you can see your buddies behind you. Then I immediately wanted one lol. Don’t know what to put it on though. Maybe the KPX. The grom is all full of go fast gauges and displays so it won’t fit.
@@MotoCheez Right now I'm using the quadlock system, and I'm thinking about buying a quadlock wireless charger but chigee has a recording camera, apple carplay & tpms and it's worth it to me, but now nobody sells it once, it's sold separately
First TH-camr to make a video on this unit besides the manufacturer! Thanks! What are your thoughts? Is it worth the price? All the other Chinese units on Amazon look like pieces of crap.
Thanks! It looks pretty well built, processor seems pretty snappy, the price isn't too bad but you don't get a built-in speaker or microphone and there's no app to download the videos. If you're looking for a basic smart head unit with the TPMS sensors I'd say it's a good value
until it never binds with the tps sensors constantly drains battery. and yes it its hooked up right. I also own a really good device that give up to a 3 second warning someone is about to rear end you. If it worked it would be great I think should have bought a 600 dollar one
Excellent video as per usual. Unfortunately my channel is kind of crap. However I never lie. I keep it open to make sure people have the information. Keep that rubber side down brother. And take care of yourself,
4,29$ California hasn't seen that sense the 90s 6$ right now 5.80 a gallon. 😅😢💯👍✌️. The bird thought you were a acutul condor till it almost hit you Lol
Yeah, you guys taxed to death. I visited California about the same time he was 8 mm films were taken and I remember seeing oil pumps all over the place. Haha that bird!

Thanks! Don't forget the tire monitoring system too. It's pretty cool device if you want to keep your phone in your pocket
it does have android

You need a decent signal, or you can download the area in Google maps prior to riding.
Do you save to phone then blu tooth the saved map? If it does that that would be cool as I don't go for alot of Internet phone use

@MotoCheez brilliant, I'm ordering one end of the month thank you for reply 😁
AOOCCI C601, with 6,25" screen, has its own GPS antenna and can work as a proper GPS device. And is a carplay, with 2 AHD cameras

They do make them I reviewed a few of those they're much cheaper

@Liberty4Ever yeah, pretty much!

Yes, automatically records on startup, overwrites oldest files when card gets full. It's definitely a nice addon!
Nice! Does it do GPS too or do you just use android auto from the phone?
Just uses the GPS on your phone
Compare to Chigee AIO 5, which better?
This unit!
@@MotoCheez thanks for your feedback, looking forward for it but still need more survey because chigee is a bit expensive

@BJU5714 actually I misspoke thinking this was the unit I put on my Polaris Ranger. This unit is definitely better. Sorry about the confusion

Oh damn
What’s your other unit and thoughts on it?
Como se extraen los videos
No app to get videos, you have to get them off SD card or playback on device
Is it possible to see the motorcycle battery voltage on this device?
I didn't see anywhere for that
Which app to use to access recordings, images etc?
To get recordings there is no app, either play on device or get from SD card
Cool cam.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Cool looking setup Moto, but the sound quality from it makes you wanna wear earplugs😵💫🥴
Mic could have better placement..
@@MotoCheez is there an off switch for the mic?
YAYYYYYYYYYYYY
1st!
This screams free product for a review. $379 is just insane
These type of units go for that and more, check out the pricing online for anything similar.
there is no link?
Should be there in a description I'll check
It's there. bit.ly/3WCn248 updated
@@MotoCheez Thanks!
Chigee or whatever seems better imo
