    Yes the Property method used in this tutorial is NRTL as you can see at 1:12

    great tutorials but please just one question In the design specification what does the tolerance option represent? And what number should it be? why did you use 0.0001?

    I am getting 2.367 where you are getting 0.868, why is that? Also in my stream table, my units of pressure is somehow 50 psia, how can I change it to psi? Whenever I specified my pressure in inputs, I always put 50 psi, but still in the table shows 50 psia, maybe that's why I get a different number, help please, thanks

      Hi Nancy, please check if at 2:20 you correctly insert 50 psi.

      Are you sure you're looking at that right Nancy? Scuola is getting 2.367 as the mole flow of water and 0.868 as the mass fraction. You wont be getting a mass fraction above 1.

    the flow rates of water from second flash is zero
