There is a way through fotilla top And kind of a highway. But it was closed at that time. You need to check if it's open now. Well people are going through nurbole top as well with different kinds of four wheelers but i have seen them struggling. And yes, you will feel power loss. It's normal for every vehicle due to low oxygen

yes, touring life channel do this... aap scooty se ja sakte ho.. scooty pe kam se kam load le jao.. aerox hai to koi problem nahi hogi, 100cc wali scooty hai to aapko kuch kuch jagah pe utarke scooty ko accelerator dete hue upar chadana hoga. video mey dikhta hai utna umling la easy nhi hai.. AMS bohot bekar hit hota hai... hanle se group ke sath jao ya fir hanle mey koi local guide le jao.. 2000 rs lete hai guide.

You need to carry a hard copy of the permit. The permit that you can get online from official website. It does not require any stamp on it. But hard copy is something you should have with you. Keep atleast 5 copies of the permit as they will keep one at every check post. Atleast on hanle route
map does not show correct path from Hanle to Nurbola Top. You need to follow the locals advice and keep in mind the directions. Nurbule to umling la is easy
Luckily my Google map was working fine. It showed me the correct route entire time. After reaching Nurbula top you don't need map just follow the tar road.

Yes you can. But if you go through nubule top then there are some hairpin bends which are quite tough for four wheelers.

Only permit registration only, no stamp required. get multiple printouts of the permit as some ask for hard copy. In nyoma and hanle

Friend's bike won't work. Bike must be yours or on your sibling's name and for that too, you need to prove. Don't take chances on friend's bike.

No it's not. You need to go through Nurbole top as the main road through Photilla pass is closed
