Do i need any other extra parts to replace and fit a 140mm brake disc for the front? Any issue with smaller front disc brakes? Any rubbing when turning? Thank for your help!

140mm rotor is 94g, whereas the 160 is 119grams. So the industry is standardising on 160mm as you can easily save 20grams just by spitting or whatever
Have you ever run 28c or 30c size tires on that bike? Any issue? Specialized only recommends size 26c
what bolts are those on the handblebars you mentioned you replaced them. mine after a year on my same bike have started to rust a tad
They are titanium bolts. I took them off the new Tarmac SL7 works stem
