I just watched Descendant last week (3/19/23). May I just say, OMG = Our Mighty God! I cried most of the movie from joy, sadness, and anger. I have told so many people about it who surprisingly had never heard of it either. I am actively trying to trace my roots. I pray I can get all the way back to Ghana, Togo, and Benin (this is where ancestry DNA says my people are from). Thank you to everyone attached to the making of this wonderful piece of our history!

You might act like you've done nothing wrong to that innocent victim, but I remember it, reporters and politicians around the world have all witnessed abuse and follow-up crimes done unto the victim. Until the debt and the crime is paid in full, nothing is done. It is truly an irony such abuse was perpetrated by someone who was able to grab his ostentatious position using the card of his race.
