Looks like a scar on the natural landscape, all the soil he’s putting on the banks will run down to the gully which looks like a natural water course to me. I can see erosion and runoff from the gully causing problems 👎😩

Maybe he''s planning to line the water course with cinder blocks like he did on the other place. He LOVES cinder blocks!! LOL!
