I was rear ended and didn't have much damage but after 10 days man i was stobed up in my back and neck so don't think just because the impact was low you can still get hurt.

Sorry to hear you are going through a difficult time. You are correct. No doubt you can sustain injuries even if property damage is minor.

If I'm doing 20 over the speed limit and someone in front of me brakes and I hit them. Should I fight it? I have it all on dash cam. They braked with nothing in front of them

In my opinion you have a very tough case to argue for as it would be argued you should have maintained a safe distance in the event of a driver brakes hard in front of you. Plus you were speeding. I’m not saying you don’t have a case though so I’d recommend you contact a lawyer in your area for another opinion.

This was July 4th,2009. I got rear ended by a mini van that pushed me forward to rear ended the car in front of me. I could hold my brakes when I got hit. I didn’t have any injuries or the other 2 drivers. The guy that was in front of me had 2 dings on his back bumper from my car from the screws that was holding my license plate. On my car that I had a couple dings and a tiny hole from the mini van. The guy sounded threatened towards me when he said the f-word. If I wasn’t there he might get a little bit more damage towards his vehicle. It was October when I got a bumper cover on the back bumper. I went to this auto repair shop that was on a county road. I didn’t have my car a couple days. I did drive my parents Jeep but, I noticed as I was driving all of the smoke. My father to the Jeep towards this one place that could fixed it. My father took the Jeep up the hill towards that place. I ended up driving his 2008 Ford Expedition towards the place. My father forgot to put my purse in his vehicle. I drove his vehicle w/o having my license. I did the speed limit in the vehicle towards that place. So I didn’t have a car for another day. When I got my vehicle back that I was happy to have it back. My vehicle was a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5 SES trim level in light green. To me it is a safe green colored. At certain light it looked liked a grey car. It was totaled in a car accident in early March 2012. I broke my left ankle during the accident.
