AC Volvo Sleep Bus Journey from Esplanade Bus Stop, Kolkata to Siliguri, Tenjing Norgey (Junction)
কোলকাতা থেকে স্লীপার ভলভো বাসে শিলিগুড়ি যাবার অভিজ্ঞতা সবার সংগে ভাগ করে নেবার উদ্দেশ্যেই এই ভিডিওটি তৈরী করা হয়েছে। ছুটির সময় ট্রেনে টিকিট অনেক সময়ই পাওয়া যায়না, তখন এই বাসই ভরসা। বুকিং online ও offline দুভাবেই হয়। ভাড়াও বিভিন্ন বাসে বিভিন্ন রকম। আমরা শ্যামলী পরিবহনের বাসে গিয়েছিলাম। আরো বহু ভাল পরিবহন সংস্থার বাস কলকাতা থেকে শিলিগুড়ি নিয়মিত পরিসেবা দেয়।

In this video we have narrated our recent experience of the journey from Esplanade to Siliguri by AC Volvo Full Sleeper Bus from Shyamoli Paribahan। Ticket fare was 2500/- per person one way . Total time taken was around 13 hrs and 30 minutes! 1st stopage was at Krishnanagar (11.15 pm) for dinner ( around 1/2 hr) and second stopage was at Dalkhola for a 10-minute tea break at 5 am. No toilet facility inside the bus but apart from that, the comfort level was optimum.

Seems like the start of another offbeat trip. The washroom requirement has been thoughtfully answered in Karnataka state transport whose luxury ac long distance busses have flights like toilets on board. My guess is the absence of an onboard toilet is some lack of service empathy and absence of cleaning process protocol and manpower availability. Both can be addressed
