    Hi Chris. Great ending to finish off the Japan series. This series was one of my favorites if not my favorite so far. I love it because you all explored an area that many people didn't know about. People now know that you can visit some beautiful places relatively close to Tokyo. My favorite was the Fuji Five Lakes area. I visited Mt Fuji.but didn't have the time to really explore the Five Lakes Area. After seeing the video, I definitely must plan a trip around the area. Thanks for all your efforts and continue to make these wonderful videos. Take care.

    Visit also the new Toranomon Hills Station (especially the T-market) and the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower.
    If you come in Tokyo in 2024, you must to visit the new Azabudai Hills (which has buildings with very original architecture, which also has plenty of green spaces with, among other things, lots of fruit trees on the roofs which are accessible and also with the famous teamLab Borderless which will reopen in this complex in January 2024 and also lots of new stores and shopping centers as well as works of art and even a new shrine)

    Hello Chris! I In preparation for the past 2020-21 Olympics, they said that there were lots of developments to support the expected tourist back then. I'm wondering if there are any noticeable changes in Tokyo or in Japan in general that came from their Olympic preparation? Also asides from the mask culture in Japan, are there still any remaining signs of the pandemic there or everything is now back to normal? To make my questions less confusing my question in general is how would you compare pre-pandemic Japan to post pandemic Japan?

    My family of 6 is planning to travel to Japan and Korea from December 20, 2023 to Jan 5, 2024 but were are debating whether its better to stay in Japan for Christmas and then go to Korea. Or is better to stay in Korea for Christmas and then go to Japan. Is there lots of things to do and are places open during Christmas or New Year's? Also my teenage kids are interested in cafes and manga, so where would you recommend for us to stay? Is there any family onsen in Tokyo or near Tokyo. Appreciate any advise you can provide.

    • @YellowProductions
      @YellowProductions  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kennedy - In Japan many tourist attractions, stores, restaurants, banks and ATMs are closed on one or more days between December 29 and January 4.. not sure how it is in Korea. But in Japan that's a pretty tough time as a tourist. The hub for manga is Akihabara. But I still like Shinjuku as a general neighborhood to stay in. They might also like Nakano Broadway for the Manga and collectibles there

      Supposedly yes. You shouldn't use them until you leave the country. Cosmetics they actually put in a special bag you aren't supposed to open. For Tax Free you get your money back at the same store you bought it from.. often it's a different counter you need to visit after purchase and they do all the paperwork there.
