Hi Koala, First welcome back home as regards Taylor Swift concert its created some unhappiness, because of the exclusive arrangement by our Singapore government. To me all this is up to Taylor Swift to decide which country she want to hold her concert.
The decision was made by the incentives she got if she excluded other SEA from her shows , it would be different of she decided based on factors such as security infrastructure and family connections not based on getting a pile of extra cash

Although, T-swift's management team are very savvy to have exclusive rights to the entire Asian market through Singapore. I'm surprised that she doesn't also perform in the Philippines.
