Hi Nicole. I found out your channel and love it. I started doing your old videos and love all yoga moves that you showed us. Hope you can post more videos in the future.

Thanks for this more beginner session. I've been challenging myself with the intermediate flows but I have a yoga butt/hamstring injury which is why I'm doing more basic flows until it heals.
Weirdy, forward folds, frog pose and hamstring stretches feel fine, it's only wide leg forward folds and Middle splits positions that hurt.

Ah exactly what I needed, lovely stretchy calming flow. Thank you for sharing! May I ask what mat you use? Is it manduka?

For some reason TH-cam is putting Ads every 3 mins or so during the practice, this is super annoying!

Just had the same experience. Great practice, but the ads were really off-putting.

Ads gone now!! This happened to almost every yoga person I follow. They were NOT happy.

Love your yoga Nicole but I agree that in this video I would have preferred if you'd held the poses longer. Love your room too. Thanks! xxx

    What this factor to stop?

  • @yogajourney9519

I was really looking forward to this practice, but ended up turning it off and doing my own thing after the first ad. If possible, I’d highly recommend having ads only at the beginning and end of the practice.

I love your videos but this particular one is ruined by the ads. Unfortunately too disruptive while practicing .... such a shame
