What I have learned from this journey that it is more interesting and jaw dropping if you relax and let the divine flow this for you. Trying to make things happen is harder on you. Every time there was no plan to go or do anything, I get pushed to do something, I run into him. Now, we are being pushed together more often. Hi for some people who might be wondering what this feels like I might help with sharing my experience. The video does an excellent job in describing what happens during the merge but doesn’t provide much insight into what it feels like. On the twin flame journey you feel more than your mind is able to make sense of. I have been on this journey since March 2022 , the changes in my body and life has been so scary and beautiful at the same time. In July I started to feel the Kundalini moving through me around me. It started with muscle spasms then increased to intense shaking and trembling all in my upper body. There are days when I felt like my heart would explode coupled with intense crying and I had no idea where the emotions were coming from. The intensity can be scary . For about three months , the Kundalini moved through my heart chakra, purging and shaking its way through purification. Around October I started to feel it move through my throat chakra , that felt like knots in my throat, coughing and the desire to speak my truths to some people . I began to communicate with so much more clarity and honesty. Last week it began moving through my head . That feels like intense pulses , vibrations and tingling at the top of the forehead and sometimes my eyebrows, lips and ears move involuntarily. Then a few days later I felt intense energy moving through my legs. Strong spams and shakes and pain every now and then in my pelvis. When I meditate now the energy moves all over my body. It moves my head from side to side and moves my spine in a circular direction just like the movement of a snake. I try to spend time with the energy each night. I allow it to unfold and to where it moves me. It’s a beautiful energy and I fully embrace it. The shakes and spasms and trembling can get violent at times but I understand what it is so I am not afraid. Now the energy is moving up my legs through my pelvis pulling me up and then down just as she says in the video. Everything mentioned here is something you FEEL. I know physical Union is close because I am experiencing this intense wave and surge of energy coupled with so many signs and synchronicities I can’t even explain how that’s downloaded unto you when it gets close. I also feel incredibly nausea during the day and losing my appetite a bit which I believe are all symptoms of the merge. I truly belive you get to this stage when you fully surrender to the unfolding of the connection, focus on your life and on yourself. Take the attention off them and bring it back to you. Have love for them but don’t be desperate for their return. I really hope this helps anyone understand what the merge feels like and what to expect when it happens. 🩷

My kundalini has been more subtle but about a month ago during a meditation I felt my heart chakra open wide and so much energy going in and out I barely remember what it felt like at this point the energy anyway and I felt bliss for about 15 minutes. Then about 2 weeks ago while meditating I experienced this intense vibration in my 3rd eye I have NEVER experienced that before it was WILD! I was expecting to maybe feel or hear my pineal gland open. I've heard from some people that they hear the crackling of theirs opening or even liquid drip out of their ears or down the back of their throat from it

I am working on myself now, I don't have that chaser energy anymore, it's about a month now not communicating with my DM, but lately I am having sex feelings for him, it's so strong that it hurts me, I sometimes see him in my dreams like we will be naked but not having sex, just being together chatting and naked, and I will feel like he is with me I will feel his presence and when I wake up I will still have the same feeling. The return to bubble phase after the merge reminds me of the yoga sutras. For those who are familiar, the first pada is samadhi pada - a reminder about what your true nature really is, ie oneness with the divine. Then comes Sadhana pada where you do the long, hard work. Then vibhuti pada where you attain soma magical powers indicating your progress ( much like telepathy and other things on the TF journey) and finally kaivalya pada where you are finally one with the divine amd embody it fully ❤

Last night I had an interesting experience with my DMs energy and today I was writing to him in my journal and I ended up channeling Higher Self.

Hello Natural Mystic, I just found your channel about 2-3 weeks ago and finally after almost 9 years on this journey this makes so much sense. When I was guided to understand this connection a year and few months after meeting him for the 2nd time, the TF label resonated with me completely but then I was misled into understanding what it was and got overly focused on it at first- I also got frustrated at times that I could not see any evidence of him working on the spiritual aspect of the journey, not wonder why! your videos explained it so clearly and there is a lot of misinformation about the TF or what this label is - going within is key. I have 2 questions for you: 1) What do you mean by the divine masculine claiming his divine feminine" and vice versa? I understand it is a physical act but is it sexual in nature? or a realization that you are the only one for him and he voices this out loud? 2) What do you mean by him starting his spiritual mission? I am working on myself now, I don't have that chaser energy anymore, it's about a month now not communicating with my DM, but lately I am having sex feelings for him, it's so strong that it hurts me, I sometimes see him in my dreams like we will be naked but not having sex, just being together chatting and naked, and I will feel like he is with me I will feel his presence and when I wake up I will still have the same feeling.
