I've got the full sleeve version of this Leatt chest/back protector. Super comfortable and very breathable too. I use it primarily in the desert of Las Vegas and Southern Utah. I also sustained a pretty good crash while wearing it and the armor protected as advertised, actually exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny if you're looking for a product like this.

Hell yea chase I been looking for. Super comfy chess protector I ride a 2016 kx450f I just ordered some white about black frame guards from you guys hope they look sweet but anyway hope I win the gear I'll also look into that chest protector

Can this be used for mountain biking?? Or do you think this would get too hot?
For climbing, it would definitely be pretty warm in warmer temps but I'm sure it would be alright in cooler temperatures. It would be great for downhill - Chase

Just ordered for dh park days. Probably grab the Lester basic chest and back protector over the head for downhill days involving a little pedaling. Or the stealth T. Haven’t decided
Hi! I use it for trail/Dh mtb and you barely notice it unless it's a warm day and do lot of pedaling upghill. Once you are downhill you forget that you are wearing it, it's very confortable to wear

According to Leatt's sizing guide, you should go with the small/medium. These have a lot of adjustment with the flexible armor and elastic chest strap to fit a wide range of bodies.
It's disappointing that all of these ballistic shirts, jerseys, jackets are overwhelmingly dark. Need something light colored to reflect the sun.
