May I ask a question? In the new interface for Chart of Accounts, how do you associate an expense account with an income account? We're a home builder that does cost-plus, so each vendor invoice we pay has to be billed to our client. There is no "use for billable expenses" checkbox. How do you now make the association? Note: QBO Plus version, on a Mac with Chrome. Thanks.

Thank you. Your video was very informative. I have been doing a lot of double entries and triple entries. I'm not sure how to make my book keeping easier, that's why i found your video. I'm looking for a better way. There has to be a better way. As a general contractor, I have a customer and a vendor or vendors for all my projects. It would be nice to spend less time calculating what to pay my sub contractors on payday. Can you help ???
You mention BuilderTrend. Is there a reason that BT would be used in addition to QBO rather than just using the basic Project features included with QBO?
