Doesn't matter if it's a child, if they plan to and take a life they should be charged with murder and prosecuted as an adult. It's ridiculous to keep tolerating this behavior.

@@danielleemmanuelli5866 You hv to understand that the legal system in most European countries is completely different to that in the US. Europe with more than dbl the USA population has a fith of the crime vs USA. Stastics show that the death penalty and long prison terms do not deter criminals therefore in Europe we are against the death penalty & life term usually is 22 -24 years. Who do not care to educate/teach their children to become decent human beings. 'Parents' who are a bad influence or no influence at all. When it comes to nature VS nurture, nurture always wins (unless your child is born a psychopath. Nothing can be done about that) - And as usual, there is David and his BS about psycologists to 'save' this girl, to let her see the light 🙄

Samantha's life was taken, FOREVER. Her family, friends and loved ones have to live with this tragedy FOREVER.
Life in prison is JUSTICE in this case.
Also, the murderer's parents, "boyfriend" and others that badly influenced her life should be punished to some greater or lesser extent.
Lastly, the fact that I see people in the documentary not being able to comprehend how a 15 year old GIRL could commit such a crime, is totally disappointing and shows that many more people will be sacrificed until the Justice system, the school and parents do their job.

Horrible case, I’m not able to understand how she was able to do this horrendous attack without any remorse and when they let her out, she WILL DO IT AGAIN!!
The GOOD job her family is doing in her memory is fantastic and very positive, kids that are growing up now are getting used to seeing much worse beatings and shootings than I ever experienced during my childhood in the 1980-1990’s. For example, I can’t even bare to watch certain TVseries like The Walking Dead due to it’s graphic content but my kids choose to watch it….

Looking at her photo her eyes are so cold. She took the life of beautiful Samantha who only wanted to spend some time out with her friends and lost her life to a psychopath. No remorse so she should never be released!
    R.I.P. Beautiful Samantha 🙏🏽♥️🇬🇧
Your son will be told lovely stories about you from family and friends
    Sleep Peacefully 🙏🏽

They need to stop saying the killer was 15, doesn't matter and she should never get out. Also it's not the knife it's the person.

“Open” prisons are a bad idea. Who came up with that idea?
15 is old enough to know better, both about killing someone and about taking drugs. Whatever “made” her do it, she killed Samantha. Samantha was just trying to be a peacemaker, and she got killed for it. I hope her son knows that she was a hero. She clearly loved her baby, too.

What do you mean, she could be free by the time she's 30! So, life sentences really don't mean a thing to you people. And for that, you get a thumbs down.

Some people are just born bad, that I have no doubt. No more time or money should be spent on this monster. Human only biology, she'd make an ideal test subject for medical research.
RIP Samantha. My deepest condolences to her loved ones.

She couldn't use alcohol and drugs as the catalyst because she chose to drink and take drugs. At least that's how it works in the States

29.01, This guy forgets to mention that these sort off crimes happen especially in the UK.
A lot off drug abuse and alcohol abuse combined with frustration and anger will result
    in this sort off crime.

I DON’T CARE if that girl drank 20 gallons of liquor and did 20 lines of drugs! What she did! SHE DID! She should be put away for the rest of her life

Recently heard of studies of teen brains as they grow to age 24, think the age scientists consider adult brains, was amazing the changes. I’m just not certain teens like Jordan, if it matters when she matures if her anger & the evilness would get worse or dampen. I don’t feel she should be released, if they do then she should have to go through a few years of study & intense therapy, but being in prison usually doesn’t help anyone ‘get better’! Such a tragic loss, Samantha had such a good future ahead, Sure her son grew up with lots of love, hope all the family has found peace & happiness. Thank you to the Mom & daughter for starting Samantha’s Legacy, that is awesome. Fly with the Lord’s angels Samantha. 🙏❤️

This sounds like a case where this girl will be released and we will be watching another episode of her killing another or multiple people. What is it going to take to keep these kinds of offenders locked up for life? This applies to these types of crimes in all countries, not just the UK.

Y'all ever need another family. Our family is your family in the US. I just lost my dad 5 days ago. I lost my nephew in 2008 we were only 19 months apart. Dealing with family that were taken is difficult. At least for me it is
