Salam sis. Thanks for sharing your day and perspective! I've been healing from some trauma and recently decided to step out of my bubble and see how others live because I isolated myself for a few years from the world in a way. But alhamdullilah for all and I grew so much for everything.
I love the question you asked. It is so thought provoking, and definitely can make one feel like they are not doing enough or lacking... But it sparked some other thoughts for me as well.
I feel like we live in a world where we feel we have so much to do constantly, and push ourselves learn more and do more and burn out and start again. I think that sometimes doing less and de-cluttering our everyday lives so we can do more of what's important is also very essential. If we reduce what we waste time on like you mentioned, and set focused goals and aspirations, create to-do lists including ways to relax and be present, this can lead to a great amount of success in dunya and akhira, inshaAllah.

Life around us is way too fast
Each of us should find his own way in doing things
Right now i try to give myself space and go on a slower pace. Especially for us women we love to be able to take things slowly and we hate any amount of stress.
