Congrats Ms. Riva :) sa mga ftm , advise kolang po sainyo as my experienced na rin pag 36weeks na kayo (8-9)months mag exercise kayo iwas kayo kumain ng mga sweets para iwas laki ni baby , when it comes naman po sa constraction depende kasi every girls iba ang experience sa pagbubuntis nla pero sakin nong constraction dai para akong nireregla masakit sya from 3cm to 7cm but pag 8 to 10 na wala di mona mafefel. every pain nararamdaman worth it paglabas ni baby :) kaya everytime nanonood ako ng mga ganito na fefeel ko talaga at nangiginig mga tuhod ko kasi naalala ko yung moment na pinanganak ko ang baby ko. anyways Godbless po Ms. Riva and Kuya vern

Grabe 1 month ago na nganak ako alam mo yung nangyari saknya ganun na ganun nangyari sakin lagi g false hope ang labas ni baby pabalik balik ako sa ob ko,then nung manganganak nako di man lang ako umiyak(dont get me wrong super hirap manganak, yung feeling ko non mamamatay nko sa pain) although super sakit nya talaga di ako umiyak na tulo luha ksi ang nasa isip ko non gusto ko ng mag end yung pain ko so dapat ilabas ko na agad si baby para matapos na. At pinaka nakatuon yung atensyon ko nun sa gusto ko ng makita si baby excited nko ganun di ko man lang inisip yung labor at hirap ko. Pero nung pinanuod ko to, lalo na yung clip na naglalabor natalaga sya.. Nagflashback lahat sakin. Yung pain,yung kaba,yung frustrations, lahat then tulo na ng tulo yung luha ko. Alam mo yung feeling na nakita ko yung sarili ko nung time na yun kay riva na ngayon lang ako nakaiyak, ngayon ko lang nalabas yung tiniiis kong pain yung pinagdaanan ko nun grabe. Dun ko lang narealize na shet nakaya ko pala yun? Dun ko lang rin kinaawaan yung sarili ko sa pain na naranasan ko(pero worth it) kung baga now ko lang nacelebrate yung hirap ko ng time na yon ksi wala naman nakakapansin non dahil ang tuon nila is sa paglabas ng baby and even me nakay baby ang focus ko non wala akong pake sa after pain ng panganganak ko ksi i celebrate the birth of my baby eh after lumabas ni baby wala namannsayo ang atensyon.. Ngayon ako nagkaroon ng time para icongratulate yung sarili ko na "You din a very good job self! Nakaya mo, na super proud ako sayo self ksi nakapagbigay ka ng buhay na ngayon is sya narin yung rason mo para mabuhay" 🥺♥️
