Becoz in C valence electrons are in 2nd shell which experience more attraction from nucleus than 3rd shell which is the valence shell of Si.

What is correct theory , electrons go to holes sides or holes go to electrons sides?
Same thing bothers me too.. But I think both moves but the speed of electron is way faster than holes so in this way it seems like electrons moves towards holes. It would be more clear if Sachin Sir makes video on it.
