I think we all get periods of addiction to in our lives, whether it’s the smallest thing, to a more serious thing. The best sign is, if you notice it’s a problem, at least if you are aware, then you can fix it. Lots of people have an addiction without realising it so it’s important to be aware at all times. I think the phones are the most addictive thing on the planet that we all would have in common. People aren’t as engaging and authentic these days as they’re glued to their phones and heavily invested in the fake world of social media. Miss the days when people would knock on your door to have a chat but we all have to accept times have moved on. Hope your well man, just viewed some of your videos, keep up the great work 👍🏻
Great video bro i like that your not afraid to tackle some difficult subject matter, addiction in all of its forms can be tough both on the participant and the surrounding parties
I also have phone addiction . It just feels like i have wasted my 5 years since lockdown doing nohting and dedicated all my time to youtube and other phone bullshits . I have literally made no progress in life in any way and in the same position which i was in past 5 years . I am 19 now and life feels wasted whole teenage time wasted . Never got out of house . No friends . Nothing no achievement . Parents disappointed . Toxicated my kind by overstimulation . No gf . Life just feels a pile of regret now which makes me unable to get out of this addictions even more evene after realising my mistakes . Addictions sucks and it has sucked the life out of me which i was suppossed to enjoy , make memories , work on myself my body , my career .
Hey one thing I will say is you got time! 19 is still very young and I didn't start taking my main channel seriously until I was 20. I have 10k subscribers on my main channel. Everyone's journey is different. I was 18 with not many friends but I worked a retail job and it made get very confident socially. Now I have a great amount of friends in my life. Even though I don't have a relationship with my parents. I have a decent social setting. My point is it's not too late to turn yourself around. I was a late bloomer and you can be too :)
Nice video! I dealt with a shopping addiction for a long time and I was spending my whole paycheques on collectibles as soon as I received them…now I’m doing much better but it was very hard to stop and I still crave spending sometimes
I’ve been addicted to a lot of things to be honest. Weed, alcohol, gaming , fapping/corn, etc. so far I’ve quit the first 3 but the fapping/corn is the hardest for me to quit. It’s been a cope for me since I was 9-10 due to my upbringing. Just have to break that addiction and take care of my severe ocd which seems damn near impossible :/ For anyone struggling with addiction, I feel for you and wish the you best on your journey to sobriety
love the vids dude🔥🔥
