Anime is still superior to American entertainment, but the late 80's/90's anime will be the golden age. I appreciate the computers for making it easier and able to mass produce anime based on long form manga more efficiently, but the films and OVAs should always be done in that perfect 90's hand drawn style. I'm glad I grew up with the good stuff.
