And Gabriel never abused Julia he just couldn't remember her at first explain the second movie he knew her as Beatrice and no one ever told her name. At first he was a jerk but I can understand where he is coming from my first saw this I wanted to throw something at him. But I love this love story. If these were real people and I only saw what was in this video, I would do everything in my power to help her get away from him. Most of these scenes really do show an abusive relationship which is without any excuse. Of course, those of us who have seen everything up to now, we know it's a lot more complicated and less horrible than it looks. I love this song by the way :)

That being said, he was very verbally abusive in the movie in quite a few scenes. He was also very loving in even more of them. He is a very complicated person.
