Ehh, how do you get it to actually go faster than 28 mph? Supposedly it sells as if it's supposed to go 40mph but nope, not in dual mode even with boost on, 28 mph is the top. Is there a secret to unlock full speed or just false advertising? P-3 doesn't budge from "1" setting and I would guess maybe that's it? Also have no idea what P-9 does between 0 to 3 ?
