You can do that easily if you un-twirl the Color input in the light (the small down-facing triangle) and changing the mode from RGB or HSV to Kelvin Temperature, hope this will solve it for you .

just found that vray light in C4D dont have the temperature mode like other plugin. hope it could be supported soon.
