@@asiisa8515 also he is usually so funny in the videos. I love all the skits dancing, star trek, hilarious and so informative. really perfect adapted to take home chefs to a more inspired level! I said it before on a different video, hes the best thing since good eats with alton brown in my opinion!
“ Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, like an armadillo.” Best description of a french fry ever!! Let’s see you tackle creamed spinach, and lobster bisque. Love your videos keep up the great work.
"Steak home" I love it! What a great name for a new series! One of my favorite things that I always have if a steakhouse offers it is a good hearty creamy potato soup. I love the creamy flavor with the chunk of potato and bacon. What do you think about doing a video on that?
one of my favorites at a steak house is fried pickles! I have seen them done as chips but also as spears ; of course with an incredible couple of sauce choices for adequate dippage perhaps? Blooming onions are pretty popular too with my family! My wife said that the yeast rolls and infused butters are one of her favorite steak house sides! Thanks as always for your hard work and great videos!!!
I like the fries just like you do, but my Irish wife like them cooked just like "The Chipper at home". And they are made very soggy 😂. So I have to make her a separate batch to keep the marriage together! I'm going to take a crack at that sauce, it looks awesome
Nice video, thanks for taking the time to make the Bernaise. I have a pizza challenge. I’ve been schooling myself on the different styles of pizzas which is how I found your channel. I have childhood memories of my mom bringing home pizza from Scranton, Pennsylvania. It’s special. So I started researching and it’s known as Old Forge pizza. Not much content has been produced on it other than Barstool Pizza. I would love to see you come up with a recipe guide for me to follow.
Fluffy and crispy patatoes...😂. Where do you live that has armadillos? I love bernaise sauce but can never find fresh tarragon; your recipe is a keeper, thanks.
I love a good truffle-theme at steakhouses. Truffle butter, truffle mac, truffle fries, truffle aioli.
I'll see what I can do. 😉
I liked the method for the Bearnaise sauce!
Glad you like it frittata! It's so easy. People often make it so hard fir themselves.
you're actually so entertaining to watch, keep posting my good sir
I will keep posting, thank you!
I still can't believe you don't have at least 500k subs now. You WILL reach a million eventually with this level of quality. Thanks man!
I know right!!!!
i agree, underrated. the content and video editing is awesome and most importantly the food looks awesome

Oh I remember them, you basically serve them after step 2. But yeah I prefer them with that lady dip. Lmk how it goes if you make it!
that looks good i gotta make these myself 😂
Make em!
Another great recipe (combo). One Q: Why no shallot in the vinegar reduction?
I have never used them. I'm not convinced they're needed. Plus it makes the recipe a little more streamlined for viewers.
Nice video, thanks for taking the time to make the Bernaise.

Sorry, just realising the steak house theme. 😳 jalapeño poppers perhaps
I'll look into it, and I'll be doing something with jalapeno for sure!
You are awesome. Cheers

You can use dry tarragon if you want. It's one of a couple herbs that are actually ok dried
Totally works!
😁
Nice!
Noooiiiiccceeee
I love experimenting with herb butters on steak, my version is close but still missing "something". How about your best herb butter?
I got you buddy! Used to make loads. I'll do a video on compound butters
As crispy and fluffy as an Armadillo haaaaaaaah 🤣😂🤣😂
*crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Like an armadillo
I need to know how to cheat to get a better result than me just making it up... But maybe not commit to the full.effort...
What do you mean?
What?? This sounds like Biden making a speech...
