There they are out on that grass again. Do you find out what the cause of all this bad tummy aches that they're having so you can keep them from happening anymore?
Yes. They did not leave the barn to go for water at the river. So now we put fresh water in the barn when it is very hot because the lead mare will not leave the barn to take them to water 😔
I know you all have a crazy looking horse barn to me and really doesn't have stalls to where it's soft for them to lay down. I just don't know what kind of Barn it is
Okay you got three horses. Two horses already had the same stuff now the other horse. Hopefully it doesn't but there's something that they're eating that is upsetting their stomach very much. You need to find out what it is and keep them away from it or do not let them eat that anymore
This where you should have attended young farmers if you were thinking of farming. If this is earl stage then you need to get the horse on it's feet and try walking it around for 30 mins. If the animal is beyond that then you need to call the vet before you loose her.
Why do you have that old wood that's in the barn? Or if that's a barn it looks work garage to me. There's a lot of sharp things and wood and all kinds of things. The horses get hurt on
Oh no !! Feel so bad for her to have to go through stuff like that. Is there any reason for that to be happening like maybe something they've eaten on new pasture or a new source of feed ?? Got to be a reason!
Yes. It was the very changeable weather, coupled with the fact that their lead mare did not take them to water. They were all just staying in the barn (like the lobster in a pot!) getting hotter and not realizing. Now I have lots of fresh water in the barn for them so they don’t have to walk down to the river 💝
Like I keep on telling you guys don't let those other horses out on the pasture there because it seems like that's where they're getting colicky look from. They must be eaten some weeds with their grass or too much grass. I'm telling you get them off that grass
Something's wrong. You are feeding them the wrong stuff. They should not be out in the pasture. Something is not right. You need to start feeding them the right kind of food or get rid of. If you can't go ahead and afford to take care of them the right way, that's evidence of two horses being the same sick. There 's something they're eating that is not right. Hopefully you don't lose this one now
I called the vet immediately but it took so long for her to arrive because she was attending other emergency calls. I tried lots of vets but none available 😢
well done for getting her back to health, you obviously love her and she knows it
AW thank you ☺️
Yes, very beautiful work, my dear. I love you.
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you very much

Yes we thought that too. But it was water and fluctuation in weather
Are you feeding a moldy hay are they getting too much grass? Are they eating some kind of weeds?

Had to tell her that she's in pain but she's got a bad belly ache. Get the vet out there before it's too late
We called the vet immediately in both cases. This is what helped save them
The way her urine looked and her dribbling snot out of her nose White's not looks like he's got infection. She needs antibiotics I think
She was dehydrated and would not drink. I syringed the water in

It’s log for burning / kindling. We are in the process of building stables
Hello Kelly, so sorry to see you having this happen again. You have had more than your share of problems lately. Best regards… John
