Update: GRWM Milk Tint in Honeydew and Issy & Co Creme Cheek Blush in Safeword vt.tiktok.com/ZSRaC1MMg/ Wear tests: vt.tiktok.com/ZSRuerbG2/ --- Seems like the swatch comparison between heavy/light application of the blushes has way more factors to consider than I thought. The lighting, the angle of my face, etc. It was more complicated talaga, sorry if di ganon kahalata yung diff in the cam. Also it's SAFE WORD not For Real hehe
I didn't expect that Milkshake and Baby Girl would look so pretty when applied! Of all the shades, they were the ones I was not particularly interested in as I had thought they'd be too pale, but by the end of the video, they're the ones I'm super tempted to get 😂 I don't think I have a similar color in my blush collection as I lean more to louder shades, so I'm super intrigued! Thanks so much for this great video! ✨
I'm so intimidated by them too! iba talaga ang dating! It's so fun to see shades like this start to come into trend (yung pastel, bright pink & youthful shades). Thank you watching and I am delighted that know you enjoyed the video!
awesome review! i really appreciate how much issy & co is always evolving and improving. i love how attentive they are to their customers, so cool pa that they're a local brand
I love a brand too who is always consistently improving their formulas based on customer feedback or the trends. 💖🥺 the formula is unlike anything I have tried before.
Thank you so much for doing a very thorough review as always! Always appreciate you taking the time to break down every single aspect of the products for us. Milkshake, Safe Word, and Baby Girl are such tempting shades! Super lakas talaga maka-lift ng face and maka-fresh. And I feel like it's so easy to apply. I just wonder how long the product will last on the cheeks when we're out and about and if it's easy to reapply if ever 🤔 Suuuper tempted to buy but maybe I'll wait for the next sale cos I still have to finish my current stack. Thank you again for this review, Cara!! Can't wait to try this when I can buy it na.
Hello! Thank you so much for watching my review! I really appreciate it and nakakawala ng pagod to hear that this was helpful. Agree na grabe yung shades that look so crazy in the pan but look so nice on the cheeks pala. Unfortunately, I haven't tried wearing them the whole day yet and when I am out and about. The wear test is something that I need to come back to sa update review ko. Yeah, wait for the next sale if you're having second thoughts :) You're welcome po!
I'm so happy you reviewed their blushes! I want to venture into cream blush after trying powder blushes din, and Issy and Co is my favorite brand. I might pick up one or two from them, tignan ko swatches mo hehe
Honest and Wonderful review it think its very similar or same formula with the bronzer of issy and co.. But the shade is really bright and bold that can match to all.skintone ranges from.fair to medium to morenas and deep skintone.. I think baby girl.suits most of skintone bcuz it a neutral.tone right balance of red and blue tint... You made me buy this this 9.9 and try it when i receive this multi use blush thank you so much 😊 looking forward for your next make.up review😊
Hello miss angel! Thank you po for watching! The shades are bright and bold but surprisingly flattering and they seem to have this avility to adapt when on diff skin tones. Baby Girl is the crowd fave it seems! Ang ganda talaga 🥲🥲 i hope you like them po!
What does it smell like? I rmb with their old creme blush amoy craypass huhu Also, do you think na safe word is similar with honey dew of GRWM? I'm in between kasi baka similar lang sila in shade.
It smells like makeup, like wax and pigment! I swatched safeword and honeydew. In full opacity, they have the same depth but safeword is peachier/vibrant than honeydew (nagmumukhang muted pink si honeydew).
@@CarrotstickBeauty thank you, Cara huhu Much appreciated, you swatched it pa. 💖 I'll have to think through purchasing it, deal breaker yung smell sa 'kin. I had to let their prev. Blush go b/c the scent becomes unbearable in the long run. I thought they changed things na in the scent dept b/c their solar balms has a fruity scent. 😰
@@kimdsdelacruz Unfortunately this one does not have any scent even their bronzers wala. I think they added scent to their skincare line and the solar balms kasi they are so close sa nose mo. And taste is part smell pa diba (if you have a cold, minsan matabang yung lasa ng pagkain). Hindi naman ako nabother sa amoy TBH! when I saw your comment tiyaka ko lang inamoy LOL. If you like nice smelling blushes, try strokes Beauty lab, it smells like sweet almonds. :)
@@CarrotstickBeauty that makes a lot more sense! Altho before when they didn't put any scent in, kala ko it's one way to keep the price low lol but may mirror na now so baka dun napunta chz Thank YOU!!! I just saw your swatch, close nga sila. It'll differ na lang siguro on someone's skintone but more or less baka same register lang. I'll look at Strokes' blushes - hooked na ko knowing it smells like almonds. I appreciate the help, Cara 💗
Ohh i use grwm for both lips and cheeks, but more on the lips kasi. Very hard to choose between the two now as I haven't fully tested this pa, one or twice pa lang.
i have milkshake. pero sobrang patchy niya sakin :( i tried changing my base makeup but still ganun pa din :( sayang sobra ang ganda pa naman ng shade. :((
@@strawberryshortcake021 omg really? That is so sad to hear! I tried it with three diff base now okay naman. No issues with it :( that sucks! Stamping motion ko siya ginagawa (brush or sponge) , not rubbing para di magulo base ko. Hope this helps
I need to try one talaga before I buy more. I need drier formulas for less mask transfer and are long lasting. The way I&C blends out looks exactly like strokes, so I hope it's also performs the same (transfer and longevity). My picks are almost the same as yours, minus Karma since I already have Risqué (SBL). Safeword might be close to Love (Peauty Beauty). Nakakalito which one I want to get first 😖 Wala pa akong Darling (SBL). That aside, are you sick Cara? You sound sick. I hope you're not. If you are, get well soon. I'm thinking it's because of the audio. Do you use a separate mic (w/noise reducer)? There's a lot of sound bouncing back and it seems you're trying to speak softer, making you sound sick.
Compared to SBL formula, issy & co has a thinner, melty formula. SBL kasi parang clay-ish, creamy at first then after a while it dries up. Issy & Co's formula may change overtime too but I have yet to experience it. I haven't tried both side by side to tell you which one which one is more resistant to transfer huhu. Can't speak for Peauty's Love compared to Safeword kasi safeword parang vibrant na peachy pink (so hard to explain). The best long lasting liquid blush for me are the GRWM Milk Tints, in case you are wondering. Oh penny! sorry for making you worry but I am not sick :) Thank you for checking on me. I filmed this around midnight and finished early morning. Apart from being tired, I don't wanna wake my husband who is sleeping in the next room. HAHA!
@@CarrotstickBeauty I find SBL melts once your fingers warm it. Definitely not tool friendly overtime, it requires using fingers to apply but the pigment or intensity does not change and blends seamlessly. But weirdly enough it stays super long on my cheeks, powdered or not, while it's the opposite for me with GRWM (I have vol 1 pa). My mask looks like a battlefield after a few hrs, powdered or not. Maybe it's due to our different skin types? May be Love leans more to milkshake, Idk but I love the bright cool soft colors talaga and my collection might just look like a bunch of the same shades. 🤦♀️ Kaya pala! Not sure if you have a separate mic but it might help. Yung mga clip on types so it's closer to you. It would capture your softer voice better, unless you already have one. I feel your struggle to keep your voice down.
@@pennyinheaven Agree that SBL melts nicely on when warmed with the fingers and I struggle with it kasi I prefer using my brushes than fingers. Our diff skin types could be one of the reasons but there are so many factors to consider though why we have opposite experiences LOL GRWM Cosmetics didn't change naman the formula old vs new packaging. I get you, hirap talaga pumili ng shades lalo na online. Very hard to compare. It's okay to have similar shades in your collection as long as you use it all the time in my personal opinion than shell out on something that is unique nga bvut onely wear it a few times in its life span :P wah okay lang penny, sleep on it it's okay to wait. Feel ko yung struggle mo from here. Audio is something that I have been wanting to invest for a long time now. Nagiipon pa ako but this year for sure I want to get one na :) Thank you penny!!

hi can u put powder after ng cream blush or after powder?
You can do either, depending on your preference and formula! I usually put cream blush before powder :)
