I m from Dahod I lived in Ahmedabad Vadoadara Mumbai but for me and my family Silvassa is best among all in terms of everything. It has least poverty.
Silvasa is NOT in Gujarat.Silvasa is the capital (main city) of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. It's an Union Territory.
