Tips from someone who has completed many diamond dots, first never pull the whole plastic sheet off for the reason like it getting suck in your hair, use the tool to move the diamonds not your finger to keep from putting oil from your hands on the canvas, and also before you start a project you need to flatten it out by either rolling it the opposite way it comes or by laying heavy books on top of it for a day or so. I love doing diamond dots they are really relaxing. Also one final tip it's always better to go in a straight line across the canvas even if you have to switch colors that way you can fit the right amount of diamonds on the canvas.
If those stickers were in a straighter line it'd have been easier on her i think
Think she didn’t use a move tool because she didn’t get one in the pack, she was just using what she got. Yes she owns one from the wolf but it would be kinda cheating if it’s use what you got.

@@josephinetyler4356 she had the tool I was talking about, she used it to lay the diamonds down. You use the side of the tip (the part where you put the wax) to move them over. They do have tools to help make your lines straight but I haven't even order those tools yet
Where do you get your kits from? I want to buy a few but I'm a bit wary of the "brands" I've seen

Don’t take the plastic off!! Just peel down a little section at a time as you work. You shouldn’t touch the sticky with your hands either.
You said not to touch the sticky part the first thing I did when I opened my diamond painting took half of the plastic and slammed my hand on top 😂
Actually it you have a lot of time and if you work fast you take the plastic off

I'm in HOT SC myself, dreaming of pretty cool weather. This is our seasons , winter gets fall weather. Spring gets a short spring that turns into summer weather. Summer is hot awful summer and fall is summer weather. That is SC weather through all the seasons. And it is usually sunny no clouds. If we get a storm it moves through fast!
Warm weather sounds wonderful right now. It’s supposed to snow here tomorrow in Idaho. ❄️🥶

I love this video!! I have had the same diamond painting UNFINISHED for almost a year now, it's just so time consuming and I'm impatient. But I'm def gunna try these (: love the super hero one
I like doing diamond painting. I have one small one to do, tho I haven't do it in a long time, as it takes time to finish it since the whole canvas need to be filled with diamonds :DD I have big one too, but that will wait. One thing that I learned is that never pull plastic sheet off, just a small section what you're gonna work. That way the canvas stays sticky and don't get dusty or oil from hands.

You can always replace the plastic cover with a piece of parchment paper and then you don't have to worry about it getting stuck. The other method I've used is to place a small piece of washi tape on the plastic before I remove it from the DP. This way I know which way the plastic cover is supposed to go. I have a bunch of DP stickers that I plan on turning in magnets. I would recommend covering the finished stickers with some type of sealer like Mod Podge Gloss. (be sure it's the glossy kind so you don't loose the shimmer).
I never get Sarah’s notifications! I saw Diamond Painting in my community Facebook page and thought I’d see if I could find any reviews on TH-cam and Sarah’s came up! Definitely thinking of asking my Mum if she would like to do one of the larger ones. I think the smaller ones maybe more fiddly? We are 27 and 60+ but I’m sure we can manage! It will definitely be a test of who is more patient 😅😅

I love doing diamond art. I got into doing diamond art from watching your wolf video and I got my mom into doing the diamond art just this month. One thing I’ve learn from doing diamond art is to use tweezers to move the pieces into place.
I've heard of artists putting blood, sweat, and tears into their art, but you really took it a step further when you added hair. ^_^

I do not believe I would ever attempt one of these kits, I do enjoy watching you work on them! My favorite Hero has been Wonder Woman, I even have many, many comic books in boxes from years ago. yep I collected them for years as well! I do diamond painting and I only pull a little section of the clear covering at a time, apply the diamonds then pull another small section of the clear covering apply diamonds, etc. Makes it much easier. Just a diamond painting tip 🙂

I must say, the glue on this once looks very sticky. These are cute stickers. I bought some for a younger cousin of mine. I'm going to add to the suggestion list. Don't press the cover plastic down so hard. Just cover loosely. It's not like you're leaving it for a week. You're doing a great job. I love that you'll attract preteens and teens to doing healthy fun projects. By the way. It's called "Instant Gratification." Lol! I have that issue too at times.
I like to put a this coat of glue to help keep the drills/gems on better.

I've done a few diamond paintings the deadpool ones I did took me between 40-50 hours each but now they are framed it was so worth it.

As someone that diamond paints, I have never seen a round tray like the one you received. I have gotten the green one or other colors but the same style (with multiple grooves in it). The stickers are a cute idea to introduce someone to diamond painting or for a younger audience that might be interested but may not have the patience to work on a larger project. Even on the larger project, if the plastic is clear, you have to make sure it goes on the correct side when placing it back down (the reason I only do one section at a time and remove as needed).
Please make a fall room decor video that would be awesome 😄
Okay that is so funny that you put this video out today of all days because I'm not even playing 3 hours ago I was in the car with my friend complaining about how I have this Diamond painting that I really really wanted and I wanted to try and I've only done 120th of it and I think these stickers would be a better option and maybe make me feel a little less inept

I have something similar to that kit and it was a giant butterfly picture and they were sparkly gems but it took forever😂
You are supposed to peel back the cover and expose the glue only on the part you are working on. That way you won’t have the problem of putting the cover back on upside down.
If you are struggling to finish your diamond painting, try listening to songs on Spotify or watch a series on netflix or on your TV
