Natasha dropping so much value holy fuck! We went to the same uni, I highly resonate with what you're saying in this video. Ultimately, we picked ourselves back up and found our purpose.
That's true. YEAH I GUESS YOU COULD BETTER YOUR LIFE BUT WILL YOUR LIFE BE BETTER? AND IF SO ,AT WHAT COST? IN THIS SYSTEM? Anyone who still has the belief that if you work hard and do the right thing he will prosper in America live the American dream? No offense but that's some bubble you got there. I do okay myself but LET'S LOOK AT SOME FACTS on this calvinistic notion that if you pull yourself up by your bootstraps by God, youll make it !🤪 (By the way , "pulling yourself up by your bootstraps " ❓ Is physically impossible. You can't pull yourself up by your bootstraps with your boots on . You will fall over ‼️ It was a little joke told back in the 1800s. So relatable. Have friends that are currently in the same situation you were. £600 overdraft always in debt it's a vicious cycle. I want to be that person that pushes them out of the cycle. About to onboard my first client which is great, I know that Uni is not for me so this agency is a ride or die situation. I know in my head that I can provide results and just keep self-developing to grow as a person and as a business owner. Congrats on everything you've achieved so far. Definitely got yourself a new subscriber. Aha, I also came through your ad on youtube if you're wondering if it's working it is.
Hey! That's awesome about on-boarding your first client - congrats! :D. being there for your friends and supporting them is really important but you also need to remember to put yourself first, especially when you're in a situation when you are already dealing with your own stress :). Thank you so much for the support and I truly wish you all the best! (It's also great to know my ads are working! 😁) ❤️
Was really cool to hear your story and I’m pretty sure it’ll help anyone who’s having any doubt in themselves or feel like their a little lost in life thank-you ✊🏾
I was myself in that kind of situation you have been...I know the stress, the feeling, being lost.. good video ! you have a potential on making videos. i like your SPIRIT. good luck
Thank you for sharing your story, you’ve done well for yourself. By the way, since you completed and paid for first year, you should have received a Certificate of Higher Education from your university which is 1/3 of an honours degree. It’s called an “exit qualification” and you’ve earned it and paid for it! Just thought I’d let you know incase you didn’t claim it when you left.
Maybe it was luck or circumstances, but that person can come in the form of a friend, family or stranger. The most important part is your own mental state and surrounding yourself with people/environments that affect you positively definitely helps a LOT!
Hey I'm a new subscriber. I would really love to talk to you, I am literally starting recruitment and I have a trial shift next week so any tips about leveraging linkden would be amazing. I also dropped out of univetcity, Finance Bsc. But the decision ultimately has led me to where I am now. I'll add you on linkden too. Hope to hear from you and would love 30 min call!!!
Hey Kieran, It's cool to hear where you are now! I actually was about to start a recruitment job and I quit on my first day so I wouldn't be much use there! (I don't ever use LinkedIn for recruitment mainly B2B lead gen) I would recommend watching youtube videos and free resources - will help you out with more specifics that I could :). Best of luck with everything!
In this experience you really find out who your REAL friends are.( l have ). As l have also crashed in life a tip from my accountant - you have no choice but to keep on and don't give up. Elon Musk at stages of his life supports the Carry On outlook.
Through a certain period of my life yes, but that was my fault. I have amazing friends who have supported me and helped me through tough times, so I am very lucky! 😊
