I think you should start an online tutorial classes. Choose a plant that are for beginners once a month, then and describe what kind of plant it is, how to water it, what kinds of soil it likes, it’s sun preferences etc. Your viewers then can build their plant collection and feel safe knowing how to care for it. 😊

Hi Krystal, I have NEVER been successful with house plants, I would tell people not to give me plants as it was cruelty to plants but last November my husband got me an orchid, it did not die this intrigued be so I got a spider plant, omg they are still alive and I lost my fear and now have a small collection and then I found you , you are the best thank you for the information and the encouragement
Recently I saw someone wet down their perlite before pouring it into their mix and it was a game changer for me 😅 Also, I mix mosquito bits in my soil to cut down on the gnats. If they aren't on the top of the soil they don't mold

I love the monstera and the philodendron. I love large plants but no room for a lot of them. So I only have a few. Plants to me are a way of relaxing and having fun with different pots. 🤷♀️

I absolutely adore all the space there is between houses and how quiet it seems. I live in a busy city where there’s ambulances, police cars, loud music, loud neighbors constantly and it’s taking a huge toll in my mental state. If my child didn’t had such a tight relationship with her father I would’ve left to the Midwest a long time ago. I can only hope to be able to save enough money, make some smart financial decisions and be able to purchase somewhere outside of this city by next year, but with this inflation coupled with low wages Im afraid it’ll take a long time for a single parent to do it.

Yes'm, they were in DIRE need! I found a wee surprise, though. While I love succulents...I'm horrible...wait. I HAVE BEEN horrible at keeping them alive in the past. My very nice aloe vera I'd bought early last summer was dead, I was sure, at the beginning of winter. I put it on a corner shelf, high up and behind some collectible bottles. That meant no water since ... October? November? 🤷🏻♀️ It was in a terra Cotta pot which I wanted for another plant. Took it down and .... 😱 ...there was a baby coming up through the center! I just happened to have a tiny 2" terra cotta pot which is now it's home. I get a second chance! 🎉🎊🎈 You've given me hope, dear Lady! Shoot! I might even be able to keep a holiday cactus alive....with your help, of course. 🙏 Thank you! p.s. ...LOVE the longer videos!

I spray my soil (with or without plants in it) with Raid home and garden for fungus gnats! It works so fast compared to waiting on mosquito dunks etc, I do it at night so that the plants don't get a burn from it from the light. My grandma had a nursery and she used to put soil or plants etc in trash bags spray inside with raid and tie it up overnight. I haven't gone THAT FAR, but it did help prevent the smell if it was done inside! I do spray mine inside but I spray them in a room im not using... YAY BASEMENTS!!!
I actually like the no-music style. The way you talk feels more like a conversation (and I'm latinx too so I love to see the big gestures and all cause Im like that as well 😂). The video quality of your phone seems fine to me! So don't feel rushed to learn how to work the fancier cam. Take your time and make sure you enjoy it! Content creation can become overwhelming real quick.
You inspired me on one of your shorts. My ZZ was turning yellow I was watering it every week like my other plants ( a 22 year old plumeria that is flowering, a year old fig that is producing figs along with other numerous plants that are doing really well even though I don’t know what they are but I love them). I took it apart this weekend and found the potatoes but it didn’t look like anything was rotten. I put it back together with fresh soil and hopefully it will regroup. Thank you.

I spray my soil (with or without plants in it) with Raid home and garden for fungus gnats! It works so fast compared to waiting on mosquito dunks etc, I do it at night so that the plants don't get a burn from it from the light. My grandma had a nursery and she used to put soil or plants etc in trash bags spray inside with raid and tie it up overnight. I haven't gone THAT FAR, but it did help prevent the smell if it was done inside! I do spray mine inside but I spray them in a room im not using... YAY BASEMENTS!!!

I actually like the no-music style. The way you talk feels more like a conversation (and I'm latinx too so I love to see the big gestures and all cause Im like that as well 😂).
The video quality of your phone seems fine to me! So don't feel rushed to learn how to work the fancier cam. Take your time and make sure you enjoy it! Content creation can become overwhelming real quick.

You inspired me on one of your shorts. My ZZ was turning yellow I was watering it every week like my other plants ( a 22 year old plumeria that is flowering, a year old fig that is producing figs along with other numerous plants that are doing really well even though I don’t know what they are but I love them). I took it apart this weekend and found the potatoes but it didn’t look like anything was rotten. I put it back together with fresh soil and hopefully it will regroup.
