How do you qualify a support? Just a character that can do things off field? Then most characters count. Ambers baron bunny, keayas burst, Lisa’s burst. Even Ganyu will count. Do you see sub Dps as support? It looks like it as Raiden is a goal. You need to explain what you count as a support.

Amber, Kaeya, Lisa and Anemo MC do none of those things to an extent where it would qualify them as a support class, and I presume he isn’t taking constellations or weapons into account because then you could stretch it to say any character is a support with a niche enough build
All she does is deal damage so no, she sadly isn’t qualified for this. And Guoba’s chili pepper atk boost doesn’t count because you have to actively pick the chili up to get the buff before it disappears.
