Just to clarify for all those wondering about the shadows! It’s due to the infrared lights on top of the surveillance cameras and the handheld camera. Infrared light is not visible to the human eye! You will find a similar situation to other TH-cam videos based around this idea 😄

I feel this would be the perfect time to mediate and do some breath work. Its kinda like sensory deprivation. There is actually a place you can go to, to experience this for healing purposes. Its called darkness therapy.
I am a 71 year old woman n I'm absolutely terrified of the dark. Always have been. I sleep with my bedroom light on every night. Respect for these young men. I simply cldn't do it, not even 50 minutes, let alone 50 hrs!!!

first time i had to be in the dark was when i was 13, went camping with 2 mates and stayed in a "den" that consisted of a single tarp over our heads... we had no tent, sleeping bag or even food. as of i can go walk through thick woods calmly and its so much better than daytime thats when everything is sleeping and ur seriously alone. also never use a torch as you can only see as far as the light goes, things can see you while u cant see them and your eyes are alot more powerful in the dark you need them to adjust
