    What does authority mean on deadband settings on 5700d what are correct settings

      Hello Raymond, the authority setting affects how the controls respond to the sensor inputs. Increasing the authority will make the machine more responsive to grade and steering deviations on the stringline or 3D model. We suggest having all set at 5 as a baseline.       @@raymondhalpin9813 on your display set everything to 5 for sensitivity. For deadband, set the left two boxes to 2, the middle box to zero and the box to the right at 5. If you need screenshots of these just email us and we'll be glad to send.
