At 8:20 is the expression of work done by isobaric process is for both reversible and irreversible(cause in reversible process delta P is almost zero while for irreversible process delta P=0) so is the expression of work done= -P(V2-V1) is for both reversible and irreversible isobaric process?

"As you said in the case of compression the formula changes with the removal of negative sign in case of reversible isothermal process" but you should also consider the fact that the limits(mathematics) would do its magical work and will give the sign of work accordingly, therefore i think that the formlua of work in case of compression given by you becomes wrong due to the removal of the negative sign
In chemistry compression is always positive.. as work is done by the system.. The negative sign indicates the loss of energy in doing work.. It is in no waay related to the integral function applied
