    খুব সুন্দর , আমার চ্যানেলেও বেশ কয়েক টা লাইভ ফুড এর সংগ্রহ , সংরক্ষণ প্রজনন নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে দেখতে পারেন ।

    Can I use bore water for dhapni water change and can be used indoor by giving air pump ?

      Yes..you can use bore water. But problem with the indoor setup is that growth rate or reproduction of Daphnia is less as compared to outdoor setup.

      I've tried different ways to culture Daphnia without a starter but I failed ... so if you find a way, share it with me.

    We should clean the daphnia culture or not

    • @aquatisona3641
      @aquatisona3641  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can change the water 50-70% but do not remove the mud/debris at the bottom.

    Sir, why the culture will crashed if fed with yeast? Whats the reason?

    • @aquatisona3641
      @aquatisona3641  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think this is due to feeding too much yeast than they needed OR yeast is not completely dissolved in the prepared solution.
      When you are using yeast as a food source for daphnia remember the following conditions.
      1. Quantity of the yeast (do not add too much).
      2. Yeast must be completely dissolved in the hot water (otherwise it will damaged the water chemistry).
      3. 25-50% Water changes after every couple of days.
      4. Use a container which is having large surface area than the depth.
      5. Always keep running 2-3 culture at a time.

    Ive cultured green water but it smell like urine and then when i fed to my cultured, my cultured crash, what should i do with that green watet smells like urine?

    • @aquatisona3641
      @aquatisona3641  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't know why it is smell like urine. Try to check the chlorine percentage in water. OR try to setup a new green culture. Take a 20 liter fresh water and add 1 liter of green water from existing green water culture and use after a week. Hope this will help you.
