Hello, thanks for your comment. The mic placement for me is about trial and error. Usually I have one mic pointing to the 12th fret or where the neck joins the body. And another pointing to the bridge. Depends on the song I'm playing, I place the mic closer or nearer. Usually about 1 foot away. Hope that helps. Edwin
