This happened my senior year of high school. As a carefree American teenager I wasn't sure what was going on and it seemed so far away. I recently started watching your vlog and enjoy your videos. From a lover of history and one who will never have an opportunity to visit and pay my respects, thank you for sharing this in the conscientious way that you did.

You are most welcome. It’s hard to comprehend how such inhumane brutality can have occurred so recent in our collective history. It boggles the mind. Thank you for watching, and thank you for your kind words 🙏

I should also say thanks for taking the time to make this informative and great video sir! I enjoyed it in a strange way. That is the psychological conundrum I’m speaking about too...why are humans drawn to despair and gruesome topics sometimes...the same reason we tell ourselves we would never be capable of these types of vicious acts...are we really certain? Be good people!!! Jordan Peterson’s discussion on the topic is pretty fascinating. Thanks again.

Glad you found it beneficial to watch. It's certainly something to contemplate - the darkness of humanity at its worst. Thank you for watching 🙏

It was one of the most sobering experiences of my life. I'll never forget my visit to Rwanda.
