The cam followers installed in the turret employ internal roller bearings which can transmit the motor torque efficiently while rotating. Besides, the cam followers can offer shock resistance and endure long-term rotation under low torque without experiencing wear or requiring adjustments. Given RC-210's strong structural configuration, heavy loads have little effect on the runout of tabletop during rotation, maintaining the displacement well below the established standard. Similarly, even with a slight overload of 1kg, the perpendicularity between the tabletop and the bottom frame remains well within the standard limit of 0.01mm.
    Despite being an 8-inch rotary table, RC-210 utilizes the radial & axial bearing for the spindle. Hence, even under conditions slightly exceeding the maximum load, the deformation of the spindle is tiny. Consequently, when faced with full load scenarios, alongside the mentioned geometric precision, the indexing precision & repeatability of the rotary table stay within the standard.
