广州花都介绍：
宋代以后，属番禺、南海分辖。
清康熙二十五年（1686），划出南海、番禺两县部分区域置县，因县城近花山而定名为“花县”，隶属广州府，三水知县王永名调任花县首任知县。
民国时期，花县屡次改属。
1949年10月13日，花县解放，划属江北专区，同年12月改属珠江专区。
1952年和1956年，先后改属粤北行政区和佛山专区。
1958年11月，广州郊区部分公社划归花县，遂改名“广北县”，次年3月复名花县。
1960年4月20日，划为广州市属县。
1993年6月18日，国务院批准花县撤县设市，定名“花都市”（县级），由广东省直辖，委托广州市代管，以原花县的行政区划为花都市的行政区划。
2000年5月21日，国务院批准花都市撤市设区，设立广州市花都区
常住人口172.87万人，户籍人口90.54万人，有新华镇、花山、花东、狮岭、赤坭、炭步、北兴镇、梯面、芙蓉镇等9个镇，今天我们去的是新华镇
位于广东广州市北部，全区总面积970.04平方千米，东接从化区，南接白云区，西连佛山市三水区、南海区，北邻清远市清城区，有广州市“北大门”“中国皮具之都”等美称
Introduction to Guangzhou Huadu:
After the Song Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Panyu and Nanhai.
In the 25th year of Emperor Kangxi's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1686), parts of Nanhai and Panyu counties were demarcated to set up a county. Because the county seat was close to Huashan, it was named "Hua County" and was under the jurisdiction of Guangzhou Prefecture. Wang Yongming, the magistrate of Sanshui, was transferred to serve as the first magistrate of Hua County.
During the Republic of China period, Hua County changed its jurisdiction many times.
On October 13, 1949, Hua County was liberated and assigned to Jiangbei Special District. In December of the same year, it was changed to Zhujiang Special District.
In 1952 and 1956, it was changed to the Northern Guangdong Administrative Region and Foshan Special District respectively.
In November 1958, some communes in the suburbs of Guangzhou were assigned to Hua County, so it was renamed "Guangbei County". In March of the following year, it was renamed Hua County.
On April 20, 1960, it was designated as a county under Guangzhou City.
On June 18, 1993, the State Council approved the establishment of a city from Hua County, named "Huadu City" (county level), which was directly governed by Guangdong Province and entrusted to Guangzhou City for management. The administrative divisions of the original Hua County were used as the administrative divisions of Huadu City.
On May 21, 2000, the State Council approved the establishment of a district from Huadu City, and the establishment of Huadu District, Guangzhou City
The permanent population is 1.7287 million, and the registered population is 905,400. There are 9 towns including Xinhua Town, Huashan, Huadong, Shiling, Chi Ni, Tanbu, Beixing Town, Timian, and Furong Town. Today we are going to Xinhua Town
