Keep in mind that no matter the suit, he can use any of them, so you can't bring up the argument, saying that he can't use certain ones depending on the suit. Also, Peter got his Spider-Arms from the second game, AND his Anti-Venom abilities from the second game, which are more powerful than the regular venom abilities, when he is in his anti-venom symbiote surge mode he is literally invincible, takes no damage, all miles has at his disposal is his electricity, which we already ruled out, his invisibility, and some gadgets but not as many as peter, so I conclude that in a non bias only logical factual fight, no plot riding. Peter wins in a fight, also just want to point out that peter at some point did have cloacking tech, in 1 side mission in the first game peter uses it, I don't know why he didn't keep using it, but he has it.
