- The temperatures have dipped! We are struggling to get anything done this week as it is -5C! The van conversion is no fun in the winter! We do get a few small jobs completed and we have some very exciting deliveries.

Yes, you are right. Good tip.
Exactly the same position with our Crafter, you get so cold outside and brain freeze. I think it was 2 hours in the van and 2 hours to thaw out last week. Keep up the good work.
Crazy how it stops your brain functioning 🥶 A bit milder today so hopefully that's the end of the cold spell.

Instead of complaining it cold why don't you put your heater on. Just a tip as well lol, keep cardboard it comes in handy to make templates with instead of using wood.
We had to disconnect it for a bit to fit some other stuff. Yes cardboard is a good tip, cheers!
For templates, Google " tick stick" it'll save you hours

well done for working in sub zero temperatures, it's the little things that take time. I've used the both the branded and the amazon table legs, no difference in my opinion. Made a simple bracket on the rear door to store the table, fits snug under the bed when the door is closed. Looking forward to the finish product guy :-)

Two questions....1 doesn't your van heater work? 2 when you going to fit the ceiling lights? They'd drive me mad😂 table mount looks very good👍keep up the good work!
We've got the thermostat off at the moment to mount it into the cupboard. Yes, the lights are so annoying! It's on the list to be done soon! 👌
From cold Canada: that's funny, I use the same measuring tape with great satisfaction! Question: why aren't you heating your van with a portable propane heater if no 230 volts electricity available?
Definitely a different type of cold to Canadian cold 🤣🤣🤣 We have got a diesel heater in the van but it's unconnected at the moment whilst we route the thermostat. Seems a bit warmer this week ahead, so hopefully we can crack on.

Just wondering if you need some slots for ventilation cut in the seat bases ? We have a “professionally“ converted van but have had quite bad condensation under the seats just from sitting and worse when sleeping so we’ve had to cut additional slots. Dry-Mat is also an option which goes under the cushion and provides a ventilation layer and used a lot on boats. We really enjoy the videos which are informative and entertaining 👍
Thank you. We do have some ventilation cut in the main seat and the stools. Will definitely keep an eye on it, thank you. Hopefully we can get out in a few weeks and give it a test for a few days.
