I don't know why, but the automatically generated subtitles are in Hindi. Here's an automated transcription of the audio:
Hey guys, in this video, we're going to understand the bot basics. Well, what is a bot? So what is a kind of a self taught service, which is capable of responding back to the user queries. The bot can also be used to save the time of users. So we usually see these bots in our websites and some mobile apps.
The real life examples of bot can be Google Assistant and the Alexa.
Well, what it can do, uh, the bot in the Microsoft Teams can take the feedback from the users. It can also take the attendance and we can make the bot in such a way that it will send the automatic, automated reports to the designated persons. So there is a lot of stuff we can do, already people have done.
These are some of the examples of it. So we'll see what are the phases involved. Microsoft Teams, you know, this tool that will be used by the organizations to, uh, to chat within the organization with the people. Azure resource. So using this, Microsoft can, um, track our bot and, uh, our bot can, uh, our bot service can send a message to Microsoft Teams.
This resource also gonna helpful, uh, uh, will be used to track the number of messages are going to our bot service and all that kind of stuff. And bot library. So we're gonna use this bot library to receive the messages and send the replies back. And bot service. So this is the service that we're going to create.
This is where the main logic resides. Like this is the service that gonna process and reply back to the messages. And we'll see the flow. So in our Microsoft Teams, we have our bot. So our bot Azure resource, so it knows when there is a message to, uh, to which endpoint it needs to send the message. So when user types a message, so it sends to our bot service through their HTTP calls, and our bot service will process, uh, will, uh, read it, process it, and then response back.
So we'll send the message back to the library, SDK. So this SDK will handle how this message is gonna get back to our bot. Okay. So, I'll catch you in the next video.
