They are selling as Saleable area to be 1980sft with breakup as :- carpet area 1237sft, external walls 80sft, balcony & utility area 241 sft, common areas 422sft. My doubt is about carpet area being much lower as compared to overall area am paying for. Requesting your advice! Is is under construction, expected handover in 2023. It's under Aparna Construction in Hyderabad..
