Nope, I've done lots of body work repair and there are lots of techniques that can be deployed but they are all variations on a theme, bend the edges inwards, attach some support behind and then fill to above surface level and sand back. Above all use decent rust conversion and zinc based paints to prevent the rust reappearing. Stay safe and well, ICAN, cheers, Schnuz.
