Yes! I was there last around 6 years ago. It seems like they have continued to improve it there. The walkway that it’s being filmed from wasn’t there at the time, ….I’m pretty sure. Lovely place to visit. I’ve been going for around 40 years periodically. My parents lived there in the 50’s. My dad used to say it was his favourite place on earth. 🙏🏼
This year we had an internal meeting on the countdown party on 24 & 31 December on deciding whether to have. The government allows a modified Christmas foam party on 24 December, but had modified New Year eve countdown (No fireworks at Marina Bay but will have in other places, but other than that we have light shows - Shine A Light and the Ice Magic: Winter Wonderland). In addition, opening MRT 24-hours on New Year's Eve also have to depend on public health situation. Homes are much safer, there is no need for the government to restrict them; it is up to the person. Otherwise, public events, they are not properly controlled (restrict who to come, who not to come), so it is advisable to wear your mask in crowded settings.
