I do know the building is non ADA in any way and we have a couple handicap students so they would have to walk down onto the street and around the building to get into the lower half. I know there was some asbestos at one point in time.
People livening in the Houses nearby probably moved out of the city just because of one building that has a activated alarm or you know just got used to it

I remember in the description it said the school district said it would cost too much or didn't want to invest the money needed to bring the building up to ADA and other codes.
